About me

My name is Steve, I have struggled with PTSD for well over a decade and thanks to Long Covid I'm also recovering from chronic fatigue as well. It impacts me on a daily basis and I've had to find creative ways to keep myself sane.

In an attempt to keep my hands busy while not having much energy to expend, I've ended up exploring many different hobbies. Some of them might not be what you'd expect from a middle aged dad of 3, but don't let stereotypes cloud your judgement.

I've dabbled at embroidery, growing plants (especially edible ones), fixing broken household goods and Minecraft (thanks to the kids) to name a few. Plus revisiting interests from my youth like crafting scale models, creating terrain for RPG's/wargaming and painting miniatures.

There's quite a few not so successful things as well, which will no doubt get their own humorous posts at some point.
